The Paycheck Protection Program has been re-funded and is offering low interest loans that doesn't have to be paid back as long as certain conditions are met. Paul Marshall passed away on March 4th, 2020.  He was beloved by his clients, and, as his daughter, I'm grateful to have learned tax preparation from him, working behind the scenes for many years.  My first job was working for my father as his secretary when I was 18 in Punta Gorda.
